Who I Am

Who I Am is a 36” x 36” mixed media on stretched canvas. 
Flowers, hearts, crowns and squares. These have become symbolic to me. The crown represents power. It’s easy to feel powerless in times like this. The heart is love, which has been my source of power and hope. The flowers represent nature. I find my peace in nature, you’ll often find me amongst the flowers of the botanical gardens. The squares represent humanity, stability and reassurance. Creating art makes me feel grounded and real. It also connects me to people and our culture. Since the dawn of time we have been driven to make our mark on the world.
